Company: Austin
Bridge and Road LP
Use: Austin Bridge
& Road would pour a 70,000
square foot sound wall with various detail and finish, creating an
aesthetically pleasing finished project rising 24 feet and spanning
nearly 3,000 feet along I-10. In order to create three varying details
and finishes that would need to be perfect upon removal of the
Fitzgerald form liners, KLEEN KOTE was applied to each form liner
prior to use. After pouring the concrete, the form liners were removed
with ease and a wall of perfection was complete.

Company: Juda
Builders
Use:The 82,000
pound octagonal mount was poured directly onto a non-troweled slab and
included EPS foam inserts of Schwing’s name on the side. Juda Builders
sprayed KLEEN KOTE on the slab, forms and foam prior to the pour. Upon
removal of the forms and foam, KLEEN KOTE created an easy release of
both, with a perfect finish. To test Kleen Kote to its best abilities,
the mount was removed from the non-troweled slab without any hesitation
– it did not stick or cause damage to the slab!

Company: State of
Maine Department of Transportation
Use:In 1997 Maine
DOT used KLEEN KOTE on their marking and stripping vehicles including
the spray system to prevent the paint from sticking to the vehicle and
equipment. In the 8 month period, KLEEN KOTE allowed the spray gun
operator to remove the built up paint very easily and quickly, and only
uses a toothbrush to help him/her clean any cracks and crevices as
needed. Each day the operator cleans the equipment, re-sprays the
equipment with KLEEN KOTE and prepares the equipment for the next day.
KLEEN KOTE can be sprayed on wet or dry equipment, the night before it
is used and will not rinse off in atmospheric/weather changes, making
it a versatile protectant for the equipment. KLEEN KOTE is also
biodegradable, making it safe for the environment and the user.
